When they opened it, the music played very slow and then would not play at all. I had them send it back. It was very cheaply made compared to the other Willow Tree figurines I've purchased in the past...however this was the first musical figurine I've bought from Willow Tree. Don't think I will take a chance on the musical again. Amazon was great in working with us to get it sent back to the vendor and refunded the money. Thank you, Amazon. The music box is cheaply made and had already fallen apart inside of the box during shipping. I am currently returning the item because the one I received is definitely not worth the money. I hope the next one is acceptable and will update this review depending on the condition of my replacement. |
